RTA Road Transport Authority Staff Attended Strategic Management (CSMA) training last September 13, 2014 at Arab Institute Al Ittihad Hall. The training was taught by one of the best AIAL instructor, Ms. Eden Tesfai who has Masters in Business Administration.

The training aims to provide RTA staff the knowledge of formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will enable their organization to achieve its strategic objectives.
