DISC conducted Effective Monitoring of Concessionaires Training for Nigerian Port Authority staff in Lotus hotel, Deira. The training runs from August 12 to 15, 2013. The training was attended by 10 person directly came from Nigeria.

The course aim to strengthen accountability and transparency of the staff provides information for effective management and helps determine what works well and what requires improvement in their work. The training serves as one of the many steps they take to provide quality services to their clients.
