We are now almost three decades in the UAE, far shorter than our history plan that started in Dubai, UAE. But continuing to establish our presence in this beautiful, economic valued country. Welcome to our website and it is a pleasure to have you visit us.
My 25 plus year experience as Finance Consultant and an educator in Educational institutions has taught me the importance of personalizing student programming to meet the individual needs of each learner. At DISC we promise a TOTAL PERSONAL SUPPORT system that dedicated to meet the needs and satisfaction of each student, ONE STUDENT AT A TIME. We were proud of what had been accomplished over these past 25 years.

Meetings and Events
Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh, AIAL CEO and Director meet Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal (EALL) Executive Manager Hamood Naje Al Khozai last June 25th, 2014 at EALL headquarters in Sharjah. The meeting is to discuss a cooperation protocol in training and preparation for international commercial arbitrators. The parties have agreed on the agenda will be discussed by the joint working committees by both parties.
The cooperation and protocol meeting between Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) and Ajman Center for Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration (ACCCA) held last May 27th, 2014. Ajman center participants were Mr. Mohammed Hassan Badreddin, ACCCA Head of Department for Legal Services and Mr. Mohamad Al Bediri, ACCCA consultant. AIAL President Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh awarded a plaque of appreciation to Mr. Badreddin.
The grand opening of Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) held last April 29, 2014. It was participated by American Delegates from Management Development Institute - Missouri State University with special guest Dr. Zayed Saeed Al Shamsi, President of Emirates Association for Lawyer & Legal UAE , representatives from IBDL and AIAL staff.
Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) President Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh discuss a business partnership with Arab Federation of Accountants & Auditors (AAFA) President Mr. Mohamed Hamood Alhjri in promotion of accounting and auditing certifications and courses of AIAL. The business proposal meeting happened in the main office of AAFA, Kuwait.
Dr. Adnan, president Arab Institute of Accountants & Legal (AIAL) met during his last visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt His Excellency the former Prime Minister's Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Ali Lutfi in his office in Cairo, During the meeting both parties discussed aspects of the ways and cooperation between them during the year 2014, Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh praised the consent of Dr. Lutfi to accept the position of Honorary President of the Arab Arbitration Society , based in Egypt where is Dr. Adnan represents the compound in the Arab countries in the Middle East.
Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) signs cooperation agreement with ACAC for Accredited Certification (ACAC-USA) in providing accredited training courses. Mr. Khaled Ezzat Khallaf consultant of accreditation from ACAC USA visited the Institute president Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh to make the agreement. According to the agreement both parties will cooperate in organizing joint training courses related to accounting, finance, management, administration and so on so forth.
Islamic Finance Company (AAFAQ) General Manager, Dr. Mahmoud provides training for his staff through Arab Institute. The Institute conducted Media Communication training in Grand Hyatt Hotel last January 31, 2014. It was attended by more than 60 participants or employees of AAFAQ.

According to the agreement both parties will cooperate in organizing joint training courses related to accounting, economy, financing and relevant sciences.

Arab Arbitration Society (AAS) accredit and affiliates Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) as Middle East Chapter. Arab Arbitration Society (AAS) goal is to raise awareness related to law, arbitration and legal by providing accreditation to training center that meets its standards. AIAL meets AAS standards in course content, course delivery, assessment and administrative services. AAS Chairman signed the agreement together with Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh, AIAL President.
Ms. Leila Ahmad, Kuwaiti national, Manager in charge of culture department of the prestigious Al Wattan media organization, Kuwait visited AIAL president Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh. Ms. Leila is one of the famous writer and reporter of Al Wattan newspaper and TV. She is also working for Alrrai TV, Kul Al Usra magazine, Kuwait incorporated with Al Khaleej newspaper of United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Adnan Gives His Welcome Remarks During Risk Management Training for Islamic Finance Company (AAFAQ) Staff at Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
AIAL conducted risk management training for Islamic Finance Company (AAFAQ) Staff in Jumeirah Emirates Towers last November 29, 2013. The training serves as one of the many steps they take to provide quality services to their clients.
Dr . Adnan Abu Odeh on Saturday, 16.11.2013 and during his visit to Qatar met the big Media star Dr. Faisal Qassim in the Al-Jazeera network in his office , the meeting took up his famous Opposite Direction and the role of the press and the Arab media , and its development, and the efforts by Dr. Faisal al - Qassim in high lightening of the Arab media in the forefront of program the international media .
It was agreed on the agenda of the joint co-operation between Dr. Faisal Qassim, the Arab Institute of Accountants and legal (AIAL)on a joint work program in 2014 through holding training courses in both journalism and media in the United Arab Emirates , the big media star has praised the great efforts made by the Institute in this area and has been agreed on the preparatory sessions for the work program during 2014 , however at the end of the meeting, Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh thanked the big media star a lot for the warm reception and hospitality at the headquarters of his office wishing him further progress and prosperity.

Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh, Chairman of the Arab Institute of Accountants and Legal received today morning in his office coinciding November 11, 2013, Mr. Salem Al - Ouri Manager of the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA). Meantime, increasing cooperation along with the business plan of the year 2014 were discussed by both parties as well as additional relevant topics.
Last October 10, as a continuation of the partnership of AAA UAE and AIAL, Arab Institute for Accountants and Legal (AIAL) CEO & Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh meets Accountants & Auditors Association (AAA-UAE), Finance Manager Mr. Abdullah Ali Al Amiri arranged for another meeting about the collaboration of AAA UAE and AIAL.

General Council for Islamic Banks & Financial Institutions (CIBAFI) President & Executive Manager visits Development Institute. It was held last 1st of May 2013. CIBAFI visited as a part of its collaboration with the Institute in providing Islamic finance training. The meeting's purpose is to talk about how both party can provide an effective and valuable training and certifications for the participants.
DISC new partnership with Arab Anti Corruption Organization (AACO) has been successfully held in the main office of the organization in Beirut Lebanon. Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh, CEO & Director of DISC went to Lebanon to meet and collaborate with the organization's President and Executive Manager.
