Mr. Matthew Todd Kittinger
Language/Business English Instructor
Mr. Matthew Kittinger, American Nationality, has a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University. He has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of English speaking programs. He utilize different methods in improving conversation using the English language. Mr. Kittinger teaches TOEFL, IELTS, general and business writing.

Mr. Briann Shanny, Irish national deliver lectures to students on topics such as business english, management and administration like hotel & hospitality, HR, hospital management, marketing, and other courses related to business studies.

Mr. Mohamad Refaat , Egyptian Nationality, graduate of Bachelor's in Information Technology Systems. He's a Computer teacher in DISC. He teach, Adobe softwares, IT, 3D Max, Interior design & other computer courses. Mr. Mohamad uses good organizational skills to track students progress.

Ms. Eden Tesfai, a South African MBA holder in International Business Management, is experienced in lecturing at a College and University level at her area of study & also researched different areas of study in Management including: Human Resource Management, Office Management, International Business, Strategic Management, etc.

Mr. Haytham Jiddan Abu Zein Eddin, Syrian Nationality, is a holder of Bachelor's of English Language and Literature at Damascus University. He has more than 15 years of experience in English Language teaching & methodology, he has an intelligent implementation skills in TOEFL and IELTS program.

He strengthens the group relationship by building trust and respect between the members which leads to a better performance of the staff. He motivates and inspires the group to work in the best interest of the institute.

Mr. Adel is doing legal consulting for Development Instiute and Arab Institute. He provides assistance for the staff in all the legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc. He is responsible for defending the rights and the legitimate interests of the management or staff.

Ms. Mervat Ahmed Mohamed Abdelnaser, an Egyptian National works as a registrar in DISC. She plans, organizes and manages all of the activities related to the records and registration department, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the institute student records.

Finance In Charge
Ms. Jenelyn, Filipino National, works as a Finance Assistant in DISC. She's doing the data entry using DISC software named Dartech (Business Accounting Software). Ms. Jenelyn handles all the student's details and registration data entry.

Mrs. Joanna is a Filipino National. She is a graduate of B.S. Computer Engineering and acquired a diploma in Web Design. She acts as a graphics and web designer at the Institute. Joanna joined DISC because she finds the Institute a place where she can enhance her skills in graphics and web designing, and to contribute to the institute as well.

Mr. John, Filipino National, has completed Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has experienced as a software developer in Saudi Arabia. He was a technical support engineer in his country.

Mr. Mohamed Bilal

Mr. Bilal is an Indian National studied B.E. IT Informaion Technology with First Class at Annamalai University. He has more than 3 years of experience in Software Testing. Mr. Bilal is experienced in performing integration, functional, system and regression testing. He acts as a Test Engineer of Dartech accounting software.

Mrs. Beebi Afnitha Khilab
Senior Programmer
Ms. Beebi, Indian National have done her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Kannur University of Kerala. She has experience as a senior software programmer with excellent skills in ASP.net, VB.net, SQL server and crystal report.

Mr. Ansari Thamimul

Mr. Ansari has completed his B.E (Electronics & Communication) with first class from Anna University in the year 2006 and also got certified from CISCO & Microsoft. He is in the field of networking for the past 6 years (3 years in India & 3 years in UAE) and has played various roles as IT Support Engineer, IT Administrator & System Administrator.

Mr. Farees Ahmad Shauqi Rabia, a Syrian National is DISC P.R.O. He is responsible for the efficiency of flow of letters, visa, passport, paperwork, packages etc. He delivers directly and quickly. Mr. Farees works reliably and well-organized in the Institute.

Mr. Taj Muhammad is an Pakistan National. He is one of the official driver of DISC. He makes sure to take or pick his passenger/students from the location at assigned time. Moreover, he performs his duties well.
